Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Alugor Marketplace (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer for the provision of digital services.
Deviating, contradictory, or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall not become part of the contract unless expressly agreed to in writing.
The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to submit an offer.
By submitting a request through the contact form, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract. The provider may accept this offer within 7 days through a written order confirmation.
Important: All services are individually discussed and negotiated. There are no automated bookings or payments.
The provider offers digital services in the areas of social media, verifications, account recovery, and related services.
Services include:
- Social media verification services
- Account recovery and unblocking
- Digital asset services
- Consulting and mentoring
The exact scope of services is individually agreed for each order and confirmed in writing.
All prices are individually agreed and are final prices including applicable taxes.
Payment Terms:
- Payment according to individual agreement
- Possible payment methods: Bank transfer, cryptocurrency
- Partial payments possible for larger projects
- Payment due before service delivery or as agreed
The provider guarantees success for the agreed services. If the agreed goal is not achieved, the customer receives their money back.
Money-Back Guarantee: In case of non-success, the paid amount will be fully refunded (excluding already provided partial services).
The warranty period is 12 months from service delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
The provider is unlimitedly liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
Otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded.
Important Note: All services are provided to the best of our knowledge and belief. External factors (platform changes, etc.) may affect results.
Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
Amendments and additions to these terms require written form.
